This is not fair my dear. You are commenting on a public platform. Netxcell is a 21 years old company and never had any issues with employees. You might have many issues in your professional career but never comment on a company that gives the maximum human values , flexible timings , full salaries ,excellent work culture..what not. Never judge a company that is beyond your reach. Not a good attitude. Try to stay in a company that always care employees. You will under this once you join other company & try to adjust with their rules & regulations. Any ways, we shall always want our employees to be great in any place they work.
