      Avantages

      Over time until got acquired by TCS Some freedom of hours Nice and technical piers Food was provide if working late -until acquired.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of QAs and developers are working contract through agencies that get a big chunk of their checks Some QAs become leads only to get over time and do not know what they're doing. Managers get overloaded but paid salary.

      Avantages

      Good experience in working in mobile industry, helpful in finding another job at a better company a few years later.

      Inconvénients

      Senior Management doesn't care and takes advanage and credit of people that work for them. Senior Management has little knowledge and gets promoted for years of service rather an quality of work.
