      Their are no pros actually. They will give you salary of 33,000 and the work will be of 1L. All work will be put on your head with a target of sales+collection+B.D+FILES+TIMINGS

      Inconvénients

      Managers are like nawabzade in HFFC and will treat you like dogs. No management of work even they dont have a peon so ur the one who will do his job also. No time for family nd urself, apart from this they will always scold you bcoz they will give large targets and increase them every month and ull go into mental depression
