Avantages

None except maybe free bagels and cream cheese in the morning...

Inconvénients

A bad CEO who is downright unethical, deceptive, and self-obsessed. The company doesn't offer any benefits and doesn't care one bit about it's employees. There is intimidation and a culture of fear which persists throughout the entire organization at Netcom Learning. I could go on but from the other negative reviews you get the picture. ALSO: Notice in all their job postings they never ever talk about benefits, but only job responsibilites? ( I WONDER WHY?!) If you take a job here then it's your fault when you are miserable a month in... in my time at Netcom Learning I saw 1/3rd of the company QUIT because it was so bad. Trust me don't trust the bad reviews because I have no reason to waste my time writing this on here, except for the simple fact that I don't want any good person to be hurt by Russell Sarder or Netcom Learning.

Avantages

Approaching management is easy. Vision of CEO is great which drops down to upper management and further flows down each employee

Inconvénients

There are hardly any negative things.

Avantages

No pros that i can think of

Inconvénients

This company is completely dysfunctional and incompetent. There are no processes, no structure, and no understanding of how to manage employees. Management has no idea what they’re doing and provides zero guidance or support. Systems constantly fail, basic tools are missing, and salaries are embarrassingly low. The workplace is filled with toxic politics and highly unprofessional people. Employees are fired abruptly without any reason or accountability, clearly showing that the company cannot afford or sustain its workforce.
