Inconvénients
Below are the 2 types of jobs at this company and during my tenure I experienced both. Even after being billable for more than 2 years and getting good reviews from client they let me and team go on the same day my contract ended. My recommendation is to treat this company as a recruiting/head hunter firm. 1) Working at their corporate office It is very hectic and expectations are unrealistic, had to work till late hours everyday. Biggest problem was we cannot take any breaks, even for a 30 min doctor visit I need to apply for leave and get approval. 2) Working at client (mainly NIH) Corporate office will ask you to work over time (after business hours) on other projects (which doesn't belong to your contract) and not pay you anything.
