      Avantages

      Very large foot print in Japanese large customers across the industries including enterprise, telco and public sectors. Deep technical knowledge is shared across the organization through backend technical support department(Business Development Division). Many flexible work options are offered.

      Inconvénients

      Culture and processes are all designed based on selling network equipments. As market has bee transforming, the company is facing the difficulty to fit into new model and to create new revenue source.

      Avantages

      There are many specialists in Net One. You can work together with such a superior engineer especially in Networking and Cybersecurity. It depends on departments, but you also move it if you want. Besides, Work From Homw (WFH) is very common. You do NOT ask anyone if you work at home or remotely. Every employee have a meeting online and using a chat app, Webex.

      Inconvénients

      Education is poor. You need to learn many things by yourself. You should be able to find the right people who have the knowledge you need.

      Avantages

      They have robust pieces of knowledge of IT network technology. Over 35 years, they have provided IT consulting and integrated IT systems to their customer as VAR. If you're curious to know their how-to, this is the best for you to work.

      Inconvénients

      Despite the high level of technology, the in-house system is difficult to use. You would have frustration. Also, the silo management style has created many problems. No matter of facts, they don't know or are not interested in the other tasks each other. You may have trouble finding who to ask if you don't understand something.
