Avantages
Worked there on the Marketing team with a portfolio of 30+ clients. - Good to get overall knowledge of all main marketing and web analytics platforms - Nice people - Working on the Marketing team requires a lot of flexibility, good trait for anyone to exercise
Inconvénients
- Absolute lack of growth opportunities - Very poor salaries - Upper management seems to value some employees much more than others with some "rules" being bent for some - Very strict on meaningless stuff like punctuality and doing the exact hours, company is not flexible enough with employees - No real benefits. Free coffee and tea are staples everywhere... It's insulting that they are listed as benefits.
