      Avantages

      Most everyone is very friendly and hard-working. You will definitely make friends. There was always free snacks and drinks, so you're never hungry! And you can always have a beer at the end of the day as long as you're not trying to drive right after.

      Inconvénients

      It's not as much a startup culture as it seems. We try to have fun work sponsored activities, most of the team wasn't able to attend due to time. We had to keep our heads down and stay on the phone. There is not enough people, since a lot of people come and go on the team. So they were pretty strict with our time. My starting out pay was extremely low and way below the area average. And don't dream of a raise because it's like pulling teeth for them.

Over the past year, we’ve been heavily focused on evolving our company and culture to make NatureBox the best place to work. While we try to accommodate the various work shifts and schedules as best we can, it’s not always possible. So we try to spread out our events over different times so everyone has a chance to partake and enjoy. As we continue to quickly grow, feedback like this becomes even more important as we strive to learn and be better. Regarding compensation, the Bay Area is a very competitive market for talent, and we’re serious about being competitive and continue to make progress as we grow the team.       Avantages

      Free healthy snacks up the wazoo. Seriously, you'll never go hungry here because of all of the great snacks. You're always the first to try new snacks and can grab a pack whenever you get the munchies. People are friendly and everyone really loves the brand. I joined the team when it was only about 20 people so everyone helped out when we needed people packing boxes or doing customer service work. It was actually kind of fun. Salary is definitely fair and competitive.

      Inconvénients

      Beware what the execs tell you when interviewing. I was told that I'd be able build my own team and promised a lot of things that were never delivered. I was told working independently was essential because everyone was so busy. However, at the end of the day, I was being micro managed and not given any form of autonomy. People were being hired without me ever interviewing them myself (even when I was told I would be able to) so that just led to a semi odd atmosphere at times. A lot of things the company needed, the execs would ignore even if it was something essential
