Avantages

There really isn’t a “pro” for working for Mike Seely.

Inconvénients

You will agree upon in thing and the management will change your agreement for salary, reimbursements, etc and tell you to deal with it. This place does not care about people, they care about getting their company to a point where they can sell it. They will and have stomped on their sales team to get their growth. Theres a reason for their high turnover rate. Employees are told to lie to their customers in order to hide their grotesque management skills and inability to produce quality product. If you refuse to lie to your customers, or bring to light the shady dealings they do within, you will be given and unattainable sales number to hit within 30 days then they fire you.

Avantages

It's exciting to be in a collaborative environment developing a new technology and delivering it to an industry who hasn't been exposed to this type of innovation in decades. Lots of great people working together in a stellar location in downtown San Diego.

Inconvénients

Lots of growing pains that leads to disorganization as the company works to scale from proof-of-concept to profitability.
