Avantages
Good leadership, managers are like friends, not only that; they are encouraging us to improve our career. Important thing is they are giving the employees to improve in all aspects. Nalashaa is employee oriented company not like others. Nalashaa is concentrating on employee benefits, then proportionally employer will also gets benefited. So happy to work here. This is my fourth employer and Nalashaa is best among them. So happy to review.
Inconvénients
As it is start up company, we need to work a lot. Office culture is very nice. Encouragement and extra activities like yoga classes, happy hours on Fridays, Cricket tournaments, Outings are really helpful to get out from tensions and pressures [usually IT field has some work pressures]
