      Avantages

      Great technology, growing company, working with highly competent people, very willing to let people work from home.

      Inconvénients

      Tools are ill maintained, difficult to understand, and fragile. Few people want to move them into the 21st century for fear of breaking something. Projects are understaffed, learning curve takes too long for people to be productive.

      Avantages

      Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

      Inconvénients

      Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
