No matter how efficient and experienced you are at your job you will never be anywhere close to being caught up. You are constantly stressed by the excessive amount of work that makes you depressed and burnt out, leaving you mentally ill. Everybody feels this way and not just in this office. If you speak up with ways to improve upon their inefficiencies, you will be disregarded and ignored. Just keep your eyeballs focused on your monitor all day long and don’t make any suggestions on how to improve departmental inefficiencies and you will have job security. All while your mental health suffers from this depressing company.
