Avantages
Cheap lunch. Decent PTO if you have worked here long enough (even though you will be insanely busy when you come back, so you have that to contend with when you’re supposed to be decompressing. Some say the benefits are good, but they’re really just barely average and in most cases worse than what other insurance companies offer.
Inconvénients
No matter how efficient and experienced you are at your job you will never be anywhere close to being caught up. You are constantly stressed by the excessive amount of work which in turn makes you depressed and burnt out, leaving you mentally ill. Everybody is miserable here. If you speak up with ways to improve upon their inefficiencies, you will be disregarded and ignored. Just keep your eyeballs focused on your monitor all day long and don’t make any suggestions on how to improve departmental inefficiencies and you will have job security.
