Avantages
The Management team at NCE is the most Professional that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. There is plenty of opportunity here and appreciation for hard work is always given. Folks are like family here and are very supportive. I have worked here over 4 years now and my experience at NCE has been nothing but positive. There is a lot of room for growth at this company. I have watched numerous employees including myself become promoted to higher positions.
Inconvénients
Some folks think that the yearly 2% increase that is almost automatically given is a CON but NCE does not have to give anyone this increase. In this economy to be given an increase just for doing the job you agreed to take is a PRO to me. You can move up here but you have to put in the work and dedication as with any job.
