Avantages
Very academic/research-heavy work environment, and fascinating projects.
Inconvénients
Tech stack can be quite outdated. We mostly use C++ for infra and Python for DS/ML work, but a huge portion of geolocation code was written decades ago in Fortran and understand it is very difficult since oftentimes there's minimal documentation.
