      Avantages

      I have been working as a Content Developer in Multisoft Systems for over a year. My experience of working here till now is quite fabulous. Here are the main advantages of working in Multisoft according to me: 1. Knowledge gain about the latest industry trends 2. Skill development due to the variety of work 3. Pleasant working environment 4. Little to no office politics; nice colleagues 6. Almost no work pressure 7. Small team; better communication and coordination 8. Salary is on time 9. Nice location; easy to reach through private or public transport

      Inconvénients

      1. Salary increment is not much 2. Very less extracurricular activities and celebrations 3. Six days working The pros clearly outweigh the cons.

      Avantages

      Old established name in IT Training Industry.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of a professional environment. The pay is bad (your earned incentives are never given to you) The management does not mind lying to the students, the motto is "Enroll now, forget them later" The teachers/professors are mostly passouts from tire 3 colleges who are now expert in technology and will teach the students.
