Company is comprised of team players who are talented, hard-working and genuinely nice people. Employees are valued here and they try to promote from within. Great pool of clients to worth with. Lack of resources, small workspace. No flexible hours or work from home policy. Long work days, very strict with personal, sick and vacation days. Hard to get coverage when you do have the ability to take a vacation because its such a small company. Pay is somewhat competitive.
