      Avantages

      Multiview has an amazing culture of growth and improvement. The CEO is prepared to help anyone, of any level, at anytime with anything. It’s rare to have a CEO who’s only objective is to help his people grow and improve everyday! He puts his people first and is prepared to give whatever is needed to fulfil their potential. The CEO will hold you accountable, which a-lot of people don’t like, but this is driven by a true desire to see his people succeed.

      If you focus on the pros there are no cons. Great company.

      Highly recommend if you are not afraid to cold call. Great culture and place to start if you have never done sales before!

      Inconvénients

      Redundancy - you are doing the exact same thing every single day. Be ready to hit the phones hard.
