Avantages
For the most part the product is excellent and I am proud to have been a part of the company. The people are great to work with and I learned a great deal while there. They genuinely care about the customer and the quality of the product.
Inconvénients
Most of the senior management has a big company mentality. They do not listen to the people who have valuable experience to share. They react to their competition instead of trying to lead it and follow a solid vision. They do not thank the employees any more, which is a shame. They also are unable to grow beyond a certain level.
