The people you work with are all good folks. Industry backgrounds include big names like Dell, Apple, HP, etc. Great experience in a fast paced technology industry working with partners like Intel and Microsoft. Product and you're rewarded with an expanded role
Inconvénients
Fast pace often feels like chaos. Decision making by upper management feels hesitant, often requiring over analysis of any scenario. Tough industry, tablets are becoming the norm and many people are making more rugged products. Being one of the smaller Microsoft and Intel partners means you get to interact with those companies but they aren't going to do anything to actually help you unless it directly benefits them.
