Some managers have there favourites and are power hungry. I was getting on really we until I moved to a different team leader and knew before I joined her team(Sam) that I wouldn't be there much longer. Made it very difficult to speak your mind and also the coaching is a bit primary school- They like to make the calls fluffy and like you to add lots of sprinkles and speak in a high pitch voice.....rather than being yourself.
