- Allows remote work - New office space
Inconvénients
- Communication within the office is non-existant - Leadership is poorly managing accounts, budgets, etc. - No culture to speak of - HR department is incompetent at best. They've had 3 HR reps in less than 2 years. - Management of talent is non-existant - Scopes are often late or miscalculated, resulting in layoffs or reduced work - Long hours (especially if you're a PM) potentially 10-12 hour days - Little to no room for professional growth - Employee needs are often ignored
