Avantages
The staff are what gets you through the day. They are knowledgeable, experienced and great colleagues. They are the most valuable asset at modular. Occasional free ice cream, lunch or breakfast on ocassions. Free tea and coffee. Sports and social club. Modern facility, fairly well maintained.
Inconvénients
Lack of communication from management to staff and customers alike. Staff end up in the firing line of the customer for management decisions out of their control. Poor work/life balance - maintain they are flexible but depends who your manager is. Poor planning and lack of respect for working hours. Don't pay enough for the effort you must put in, but then you can see when money is invested in other seemingly frivolous ways which hurts morale. Paying for training for processes that could benefit the company but then not following them. Not trusting employees input when you have hired them for their expertise.
