The founders have a clear vision for where our product is going, and have the know-how to get it built! Customers see this too and are buying in. Everyone on the team is very welcoming, and the company culture is excellent. We have a great balance of fun light-heartedness, and focused work. People are able to work flexibly, but still produce at a high rate and are always accountable.

No real cons, but we are an early stage company which means there is always some "turbulence". Some days are busier than others, but that's part of the fun!

ModernLoop truly cares about the customers and has built a product that aims to resolve bottlenecks for recruiting operations. The product itself is intelligently designed with impressive automation. The founders are wonderful to work with and treat everyone on the team as equals. It’s great that they have that mindset especially because we’re a relatively small team and each employee plays a key role in the company’s trajectory. Employees are smart, dedicated, and take care of one another and the customers. There is no shortage of opportunities to work cross functionally and build new skills. We all have our defined roles but ultimately we operate as a team and are highly collaborative. You won’t find a lot of red tape or bureaucracy here. Founders have significant trust in the employees to carry out their projects. You’ll be challenged to do things you have never done before and the founders won’t second guess your ability to follow through on their asks. If you want to try something new or build a new skill set, you’ll have their support. Instead of red tape, you’ll discuss a path forward.

The company is an early stage startup which comes with its own set of challenges. These aren’t necessarily cons and are to be expected with a company of this size and at this stage. Change is frequent, resources and structure are lacking in some areas (but exceed my expectations for where we’re at), and it’s a highly agile work environment. There are resources and a strong team to lean on but being curious is a necessary skill to fill in the gaps. If you require a lot of structure or hand holding for success, this probably isn’t the place for you.
