      Avantages

      none really except maybe the "idea" of choosing a schedule because you really don't choose depending on the project

      Inconvénients

      honestly, all of it was a con. low pay, low hours, bad project managers, horrible workflows, etc.

      Avantages

      I swas on a project where I could select 2 hour blocks of time to work, which was helpful since I had another job also. Management was always nice, I enjoyed working there for the time I did.

      Inconvénients

      As with any remote customer service phone job, timing the call was crucial to not get behind in notes you needed to add per call
