-More than half the stores are put together or problems fixed by unlicensed vendors
-Hard to get maintenance issues resolved especially high priority items like heaters & air-conditioning.
-Costant "never a good job" mentality even for top performers
-Lack of understanding of needs from corporate office to the field
-Little or no support for events, even grand openings, paid out of pocket for most.
-Often bought supplies for locations due to 3-4 week turn around times.
-Reviews after main leadership was eliminated became belittling rather than constructive for growth
