      The company culture is genuinely better and more supportive compared to other similar companies in the industry. The overall environment is positive, and the organization feels stable. Good opportunities to work within a well-structured ecosystem.

      Inconvénients

      The work environment is highly dependent on which Team Lead you are assigned to. Because different TLs have different management styles, the "micro-culture" within teams can vary significantly. Some teams may feel more pressurized than others due to this leadership gap.
