Was not compensated on time - Avis employé Education Associate MindStreams

They never had an official HR person go over anything in terms of compensation or anything like that. I had to ask about the pay schedule and hound them for pay dates. I was getting mixed signals from email they were sending about compensation structure and then changing to the medical industry??? If you are with a company and they have a solid HR or policy's in place, jump ship. They also wanted me to make these long drives to the appointments and at part time, that wasn't making sense on my wallet. The latest episode was I had to repeatedly ask about my final and only check, they stated he mailed it. But sure enough, no check arrived on Friday (pay date) and it left me high and dry.
