      Avantages

      Not too many in the last couple years. They never bounced a paycheck.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible benefits that have been greatly reduced over the past 8 years. The managers and management style, makes for a hostile work environment in which employees are constantly treated in a condescending manner only to later to publicly receive false platitudes. The company has lost its' moral compass and is willing to put profits above the best interest of their customers. No opportunity for growth within the company.

      Avantages

      It provided a wealth of opportunity and flexible work environment. Local management cared about its employees and their life outside of work, and the technical staff while I was there was first-rate. Management also listened to the ideas of its employees, and paid to help them further their careers.

      Inconvénients

      It is a tough economy for the smaller size VAR in a smaller market like Des Moines. As such, the exposure to the higher end accounts was not there, and the ability to get experience with higher end networking issues was few and far between. As a result, maintaining consistency of service was difficult.
