Leadership is approachable and committed to employees professional development and growth. The work is challenging and employees have opportunities to work on projects outside their normal job responsibilities that they are interested in. Employee empowerment is a huge part of the culture. Employees are given the flexibility and freedom to make decisions which builds trust and inspires people to do their best.
