There are a handful of people here who are fantastic to work with, are very knowledgeable, and care about the product that's going out the door.

Leadership is fundamentally out of touch and appears indifferent to employee well-being. The culture is marred by nepotism and a lack of accountability, where 'guiding values' are preached but never practiced. Feedback is discouraged, and those who speak up are often targeted.
