Avantages
MicroTek is an organization dedicated to customer service, growth, and their employees. 90% of the co-workers there are positive, outgoing, and great to work with. The executive team is dedicated to keeping the company a place where people want to excel and take care of the customers.
Inconvénients
When business softened in the 08-09 economy drop, the management team was forced to cut staffing. They made some hard decisions and some bad decisions. They let go the wrong players and kept some that aren't as infomed about the business and the aren't as concerned about the employees.
