      Avantages

      Nice environment, great products and co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of clear mission, values. Managers need to be developed. In many cases they started in technical positions and now they are supposed to be running big teams.

      Good pay and benefit. Great support for immigration and legal. Great work life balance. Supportive and talented co-workers

      Inconvénients

      No management level issues at least in my team.

      Good people, good office. Higher than normal base pay. AE role has unlimited upside with an aggressive commission structure

      Product is failing and little to no new deals coming in
