      Learn a lot of hard skills, consulting to big corporates, thrown into the deep end, lots of great co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Thrown into the deep end, very little formal training, the product is not keeping up with competition.

      Good pay and benefit. Great support for immigration and legal. Great work life balance. Supportive and talented co-workers

      No management level issues at least in my team.

      Good people, good office. Higher than normal base pay. AE role has unlimited upside with an aggressive commission structure

      Product is failing and little to no new deals coming in
