      Avantages

      Most of the people are nice and friendly. Think it as an option only if it's your first job and don't have other job opportunities

      Inconvénients

      - Bad salary - No real HR team, only the CEO's assistant whom only sees for the company's benefit. - No chances of growing - Bad organization - They rather hire new people instead of keeping their former employees - The CEO only care and brag about the company making more money while everyone earns nothing

      Great people to work with, very flexible and great leadership within. Working with the federal or state local law enforcement agencies

      Inconvénients

      Travel too much 90% and growth to move up is limited now.

      Avantages

      This job helped me understand how bad things can get when you work under extremely toxic and incompetent leadership. As a result, I have gained a new appreciation for working at a well organized company.

      Inconvénients

      Hostile, incompetent, insecure leadership that sees productive employees as a threat. The main goal of US leadership seems to be hiding their dysfunction from Swedish HQ. A successful Sales Rep at MSAB is a threat to the status quo and you will be targeted. This is not just a summary of my own experience, according to long term and former employees this has been happening for the last two years. Make sure you look into turn over, and inquire about the experience level of current Sales Managers.
