      Avantages

      Family oriented, open door policy, normal work hours, with accausnal overtime. No mandatory uniform or ppe required. I've worked here twice.

      Inconvénients

      No steel toe shoes, or safety glasses required. No 5s programs in place. No good benifits. Insurance premiums are expensive.
