      Avantages

      Way more client and candidate meetings than most agencies, very focused and tend to work on exclusive. Loads of good clients.

      Inconvénients

      Can be very busy with the workload - and they put loads of time into training new staff which means they tend to only hire 1 person at a time.

      Avantages

      Comprehensive, hands on training alongside a company Director. Achievement driven culture rather than KPI focussed. Encouraged to go out and meet people. The harder you work the more you are rewarded. Very generous Commission scheme.

      Inconvénients

      Pushed from the start, if you do not have a solid work ethic, you will struggle to succeed.
