Avantages
Good IT starting point, you learn the basics. Nice office, free coffee. Ping pong table, relaxed vibes. Nobody is mad at you as long as you do your job.
Sadly my upper level colleague was a stuck a*s and whenever you asked something he said "Research yourself" even tho he was there to help Level 1 with stuff we could not do alone.
If you have a harsh attitude and you are the problem solving, answer digging guy/girl, it's a good job for new people in the industry.
It was my first job, I got fired for not being good enough. Sadly I did not want to try anymore as well since they guys above were so stuck up. They wanted to fire me anyways cause I was slacking the last few weeks before the 3 month trial period. I wanted to leave as well.
Then again, I recommend the place, I had fun when I was focused on learning. Cool colleagues.
Inconvénients
It's a IT call center. If you hate working with people it's not for you.
You basically have to help old people with IT over the phone. It's a hassle and not for those who get mad easily.
