Avantages
Difficult company to paint a picture with words. Small, dynamic team where every single member is an expert. There is a trust and solidarity like I've never seen elsewhere. Met has chosen to be extremely discerning in it's hiring, opting for getting 110% out of the best instead of the traditional 50%-80% out of a larger pool. Somewhat of a David and Goliath, they go up against companies 20x larger and older, and beat them both on quality of service and price. Also although capable of most anything they specialize in projects that most Integration Companies would shun - where all of the pieces of the puzzle are not there, and innovation and truly out-of-the-box thinking are the only solution. Decisive, intelligent leadership with a vision, but ultimately the gold is with the minions - there's no petty jealousy or retribution or most of the trappings that go with being in a corporation - this team rises above and sets each other up for success. We're kind of akin to an elite special forces team.
To prospects-
You will work your tail off, and there is no hiding behind roles or titles - at the end of the day each employee has a huge responsibility and there is no safety net.. if one drops the ball the whole team suffers.
