      - Cabs - Free food - Work life balance - Infrastructure - Starting salary ( Bad hike)

      Inconvénients

      - 18 moths bond for 1 month onsite visit - Sarkari kinda culture - Old people sitting as managers since quite a few years and spoil culture - People taking credit for other's work

      Avantages

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Inconvénients

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
