      1. You cannot grow technically more here in IT department. 2. No exceptions for out performers with respect to promotions, and salary compensation.

      Ability to bounce ideas off of many intelligent principles and partners.

      Inconvénients

      Workload is usually pretty heavy, but there are seasons of the year that have lighter work.

      Avantages

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Inconvénients

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
