      Avantages

      This company offered competitive pay, a fairly high level of autonomy in the roles, and some of the people who worked there were nice.

      Inconvénients

      The atmosphere was fraught with tension and hostility at all times due to tension and disloyalty at the executive level. There was a real leadership vacuum as the company was run by self-interested egos. Extremely high levels of turnover and disorganization. Anything created of value was always quickly lost in the revolving door of frequent transitions. The physical environment of the office was also dilapidated and uninspiring. I presume this company will eventually run itself into the ground.

      Avantages

      Culture of growth, challenging projects, awesome management. I've been with the company for 3 years, worn many hats, and learned the software business inside and out. This is a great place to work!

      Inconvénients

      Buckle up, because you're going to do a lot of work here! Not a con, but if you're hoping to float on by this is NOT the place for you.

      Avantages

      Some flexibility in hours/ working from home. There are some really good people who work there-- they won't last long.

      Inconvénients

      No benefits at all Micro-Managing dictator CEO who disrespects everyone and changes course, and employees, on a whim. Yelling is his main method of motivating his employees to get things done. You need a thick skin to deal with this person. Turnover every week. Either people quit or get fired. Few stay more than a year. Out-of-date tools. No documentation whatsoever. Broken furniture. No training. Buggy, spaghetti code. Unhappy clients. Most programming is off-shore. QA, process and change control are virtually non-existent.
