Avantages

Freedom from micromanaging. Nice dispatchers. New(ish) vehicles. We get to take the cars home with us.

Inconvénients

Cars are not very well mechanically maintained. I've been asking to get a couple of things repaired for over 2 months, two of these issues being paramount to the safety of the car. Fairly poor pay with no indication of the raise schedule. Members of management can be difficult to get a hold of at times. The health insurance benefits, while cheap are pretty weak with high deductibles and poor coverage even on the most expensive plan. I frequently work very long hours, up to 14 hours a day. Most days I get home with barely enough time to shower and eat before I have to go to bed. I'm typically only left with thirty minutes to an hour of time to relax and wind down.

Avantages

Cowokers are all extremly nice. Overtime is offered often. Benifits are good. Feels like meaningful work.

Inconvénients

You can get more tasks with no pay raise only title changes. Management does not communicate efficiently with each other. One supervisor told me that I would be most likely fine to take a vacation and then a day before the vacation another supervisor said that if I went on it I would be quiting.
