Heavy workload, excessive work had to be completed

Cubicles are well set up for working. For welder jigs Available for welders place and weld easy. Canteen at a discount. Owners are easy to deal with and listen when told of issues.

No flexibility on time. Jigs need updating for production. Welders are marked on work with defects, no incentive on months/years of quality work with no complaints=no pay increase. Are looking at bringing in cheaper work force reducing lads with good quality end product. Not supplying the appropriate training to employee looking to further themselves and the company. Work load and time management for employees not done correctly when looking for a quality product being produced. Progression promised but never followed through. People in roles which don't know the basics of engineering or quality or man management. Certain management under owners don't want the owner to understand the issues coming from the floor from experienced staff.
