      Avantages

      Ambiance décontractée, individus brillants

      Inconvénients

      Mauvaise gestion, salaires inférieurs, prise de décision lente, service RH toxique et manque de structure. Des personnes non qualifiées occupant des postes importants bloquant une véritable innovation et la promotion des bonnes personnes aux bons endroits.

      Not many, but the company being so spread out can be a challenge at some points.

      Avantages

      Some very nice people. Easy work and a free yearly trip to Germany. No QA reviews.

      Inconvénients

      Product quality is bad, customers complain price is too high. Leadership is very high ego and becoming extreme. Extreme favoritism at executive level.
