Everything is dictated by the CEO. The company is full of incompetent managers that don't value anything but overcharging their existing customers and developing the partner programme. That way small IT companies often consisting of 3-5 people will strive to get new customers for them at the lowest cost possible. In the meantime, newly established CRM providers are growing rapidly at a rate that is higher than the industry growth rate. They have the potential to become a competitive CRM provider but they will never realize this as long as they employ poor talent, do not value marketing and do not invest significantly in their product which by the way is outdated.
