      Avantages

      Being overworked means you get to do a lot There are some decent people left, but morale is in the gutters Flex time

      Inconvénients

      Broken processes, always in a spending freeze, lack of experienced people and mentorship, work environment is a disorganized mess of broken equipment and outdated parts, constant exposure to highly dangerous chemicals and materials, good people left and others were laid off

      People are very nice and helpful. Administration is reachable, casual work environment, work life balance, flexibility
