      Matt is a great owner and working with the kids is fun. Management is great and super understanding.

      Inconvénients

      Can get a little overwhelming when there are more than 3 kids assigned to you at once.

      Flexibility Enjoyable working environment Good management and company culture Most shifts are in the afternoons The work is fulfilling and enjoyable since I feel like I am helping people

      Inconvénients

      $19/hr Most positions are part time and come with no benefits Because most positions are part time and don't have benefits, most employees don't stay for very long
