Negative Environment, Toxic, Selfish and Competitive - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Martha Stewart Living

CEO changes all of the time. Budgets constantly being slashed. No real communication from upper management. Has been rapidly declining for 10 yrs (only profitable once during that time period.) Certain departments receive preferential treatment (some receive iPads while others get budgets cut...then layoffs follow). During my tenure, vacation time for employees that had been there 7+yrs were cut while 2 or less yrs received 10 more days - management never looks at the big picture and does not value loyalty or hard work.
