Avantages
The benefits were pretty good. The pay seemed ok but in reality, was probably not even satisfactory, in light of hours worked.
Inconvénients
They expected their sales employees to work for many hours on their computer at night, but since they were classified as exempt, the company did not have to pay overtime.
